This project involved constructing a new 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant featuring a bar, sushi bar, booth seating, private dining areas, and an outdoor patio. Feng-shui design principles were important to our client and governed spatial arrangement and orientation in relation to the flow of energy to produce favorable effects when siting and designing the project.

Our team, worked closely with the Owner and Contractor from the initial design phase to the completion of construction and occupancy. This is how we prefer to work and we believe it results in a better product and service for our customers.

The construction of the restaurant utilized light gauge metal framing and a steel structure with a brick veneer exterior. Our team also handled the site design and circulation to accommodate customer parking, large truck deliveries, and trash pickup as required by code.

This location is the second Alabama-based restaurant in the growing I Love Sushi chain and our client’s first free-standing location. We are proud to have played a part in bringing this unique dining experience to Madison and look forward to seeing its continued success in the area.
